July intention
At the end of this month what will change, be different or be true? Here are some examples:
· I will have saved $50.00
· I will have completed a 21-day meditation challenge
· I will have read my child(ren) a story one day each week
· I will have cleared the clutter from my… (dresser, counter, bag, closet, car, etc.)
· I will have renegotiated or set boundaries in an unwieldy relationship.
Monthly question
Each month we’ll pose a question to consider in your journal.
July question
What feels good? Choose something you can do on your own. Here are my feel goods…
· Gardening
· Reading
· Yoga
· Eating
· Shopping

At least once each day, slow down and notice how you feel when engaged in your feel-good activity – maybe even journal about it. Ask yourself, is my feel good good for me in the short-term and the long-term? If not, why not? If so, why so. What, if anything, am I willing to do about this? What support do I need?
